Hi,

I’m Neesa!

I’m a mom of two boys and two rescue pups. When I’m not planning an event, or acting as a buffer between your mother and mother-in law on your wedding day (yes, I will do that!), you can find me curled up with my dogs, and a good book.

One of my favorite parts about planning an event is the food! When I worked in hospitality with a Culinary scholarship, I loved exploring the creativity of curating menus and pairings that elevate the entire experience. I try to infuse this inspiration into all my events to create a truly authentic and beautiful experience for my clients.

When planning an event, from an intimate baby shower to an elaborate wedding, I enjoy getting to know my clients personally so I can fully understand their needs and their vision for their event. My goal is to bring your vision to life,  so you can rest assured that your event will be as unique as you are!

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

At Events by Neesa, we believe that the only thing you should have to focus on during your event is enjoying yourself and having fun! That’s why we are committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and caring experience, regardless of race, gender, orientation, or cultural background. Let's celebrate our differences together!

Land Acknowledgment

In the spirit of reconciliation, we gratefully acknowledge that we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.

We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
