Secure Your Date
To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a paid retainer. This ensures your event is on our calendar and allows us to begin planning.

Client Welcome Package
Once booked, youβll receive our client welcome package, which includes a customized timeline, planning checklist, and questionnaire. These tools help us understand your current planning progress and ensure weβre aligned with your vision.
Planning & Design Kickoff
With the questionnaire completed, weβll schedule a one-on-one meeting to dive into the details. Weβll begin creating a personalized event design, sourcing ideal vendors, and following a structured timeline to bring your event to life.

Yes, definitely! We often travel to nearby places such as Cochrane, Canmore, and Banff. We also travel to BC and open to further destinations too!

We strongly believe in providing the most stress-free experience as possible for couples, and for us that means working with you in advance. If you are a rock-star organizer, we offer coordination services that start 12 weeks in advance to ensure that all details have been reviewed, vendors are managed, and detailed timelines are in place to ensure a seamless experience on the wedding day.

Yes we do! Although we have a list of excellent vendors we enjoy working with and trust, our main priority is to ensure each vendor is the right fit for our client.

Not at this time, however Events by Neesa is happy to make recommendations for decor and rentals that fit your needs and budget.

Yes, we do! We are happy to provide set up and take down of personal items at your event. We will also help to ensure that your vendors have arrangements for their own set up and take down, or arrange a third party to assist if needed.

We strongly recommend having an event coordinator even if your venue provides a coordinator because their focus is to ensure all of the venue logistics are taken care of, such as bar or food service, whereas an event coordinatorβs sole focus is on you. We work with you behind the scenes to assist with your budget, vision, design, communicating with all of your vendors and venue, timeline, and any other last minute details or emergencies that may arise.
